indirect indoor lighting is best (ie no naked lights affect vision in high places to clean). There are various ways to do this, many choose to use a light pointing at the ceiling, not down, use a normal light with a cover on them to prevent glare.
 
               for the roof which will allow sunlight and skylight long suggested anywhere, at the time (or wrong depending on how you look) You will have the exact day of direct sun that you could end up staring. I would suggest the same type of wall covering such as for the walls to the ceiling.
